Sons of Ares: Volume Two - Wrath[]

Fitchner and Ryanna meet with Fachnan and other Syndicate Reds in the slums of Agea to obtain information about how to get inside Arturius au Vardan's estate. Fachnan is surprised to see a Gold walking in with a Red and demands double the payment that Ryanna initially offered, arguing that Fitchner can afford it. Ryanna protests his demand, but Fitchner agrees to pay. Since he only has 4,000 credits on him, Fitchner agrees to pay half now and the rest once he can free the funds. Fachnan agrees and explains the flaw in the gates of the Vardan estate, before warning Fitchner that The Syndicate will still collect on what he owes them even if he gets caught or killed. As Fitchner and a fuming Ryanna are led out, Fachnan calls out to Ryanna that contrary to her opinion, he and his associates are businessmen, not revolutionaries.

While Fitchner is on Ganymede, Fachnan attempt to collect the rest of the money he owes them. Sevro's nanny, Lottie, informs them that Fitchner has gone away and that it's just here in Fitchner's apartment.[1] The following day, he and his underlings return and break into the apartment, trashing the place and demanding to know where Fitchner is. Lottie tells them that Fitchner is off world and has no idea when he'll be back.

Fachnan notices that there was a child living in the partment, and Lottie tells him that Sevro left with Fitchner. Fachnan tells her to inform Fitchner that if he isn't paid soon, he'll take blood the next time he comes. The Reds then leave Lottie alone in the apartment.

After Fitchner returns from the Asteroid Belt and formally partnered with Quicksilver to create the Sons of Ares, he returns to the underbelly of Agea and kills Fachnan's associates before stuffing the money he owed into Fachnan's mouth. Fitchner warns Fachnana that he will kill him if he ever threatens his family again.
