Electra au Barca is the eldest daughter of Sevro and Victra au Barca.

Personality[]

She has the personality of basically the combination of both her parents, one who loves to fight, and is not afraid.

Appearance[]

She's described as thin, with heavy-lidded, dusky eyes, and a narrow face.[1] Ephraim ti Horn gave her the nickname "Hatchetface."

Abilities[]

Electra has deep knowledge of weaponry and a keen eye for detail, able to identify multiple different types of guns from only a brief glance.[2]

Involvement[]

Iron Gold[]

By the time Darrow and Sevro return from Mercury after liberating the planet with an Iron Rain, Electra is nine years old and has begun training with a razor. Three days before their arrival, Niobe au Telemanus took her and Pax on a trip to the Atlas Mountains for a tour of the ruins of John Merrywater's flagship. Upon their return, she and Pax spar with their razors, and their fathers return to Silene Manor when they're in the middle of a match.

After Electra wins the match, she runs to her father and lets him scoop her off the ground. While Darrow, Thraxa, and Niobe talk about Pax's reaction to his father's return, Electra and her father walk toward the lake, and Sevro tells her that she's his favorite.

Electra and her sisters swarm around their father as the family eats dinner at Silene manor.

Though not shown, her father said goodbye to her before leaving for Venus with Darrow.

Electra attends Quicksilver's birthday party alongside Pax, their mothers, and the Telemanuses. She and Pax are abducted by Ephraim ti Horn while leaving the party and handed over to The Syndicate. Electra and Pax are kept in a cage inside the Duke of Hands's vault with a single mattress for them to sleep on. They are given food and water at least once during their captivity.

Two days after their abduction, Ephraim rescues them, having been captured by Virginia au Augustus and worked out an agreement to assist in rescuing the children in exchange for the safety of his colleague, Volga Fjorgan.

After being freed from the cage, Electra arms herself with a razor and threatens Ephraim with it. While she's talked out of killing their rescuer, she cuts him shallowly on the arm as payback for abducting them in the first place. Ephraim asks her to keep an eye on the Duke and "stick him if he gets out of line". Electra responds by asking whether to use an immobilizing strike or just flesh wounds.

When Ephraim grabs the La persistencia de la memoria, a painting allegedly lost in a fire for which he'd investigated the claim, Electra sneers at him for his priorities and calls him disgusting.

After they escape aboard the Duke's ship, Electra sits in the co-pilot chair with her razor pointed at Ephraim to ensure he complies with flying them directly to the Citadel, and holds his gun in her lap. Electra notices the light on the dashboard indicating an incoming message, leading Pax to activate it on the assumption that it could be Virginia. When the Syndicate queen takes control of the ship, Ephraim orders Electra and Pax to strap in while he uses the grenades in one of the ship's lockers to blow up one of the engine and bring the ship down with all three of them in the cockpit.

Dark Age[]

After the Duke's ship crashes on Luna, Electra, Pax, and Ephraim are found by scavengers. The Obsidians in the scavenger group offered them to Sefi Volarus through Ozgard. After Valdir fought off The Syndicate's efforts to recapture the children, they were transported to Mars so that Sefi could use them as hostages.
