House Bacchus, also known as House Dionysus on Io, is one of the schoolHouses of the Institute. Its standard, sigil and ring are a group of grapes.[1]
Castle[]
While the location of Castle Bacchus on Mars is unknown, it is implied to be east of the Dwarf Mountains, south of Castle Juno, and on the western shores of the Argos River.
Bacchus Castle has cellars where they keep barrels and jugs of grape juice.[2]
Proctor[]
The Proctor of House Bacchus at the Institute of Mars is an unnamed, ungendered Gold. They are said to be fat.[3]

It is unknown who House Bacchus was conquered by, but members were enslaved by House Apollo, along with members of Juno and Venus.[4]
On their way to Castle Jupiter, Darrow and Virginia's Warband raided the remains of Castle Bacchus, taking leftover grape juice in the process.[2]
