The castle of House Ceres on Mars is located near the Argos and Metas Rivers, and while being exposed in the open, they also possess orchards, ovens, and horses, making them impervious to siege attempts.
Proctor[]
The Proctor for House Ceres at The Institute of Mars in 737 PCE is a beautiful woman with short-cropped hair. She has a free-loving demeanor. It's suggested that her and Fitchner have made love together on Olympus.

During Titus's violent siege of House Ceres, the defenders throw down a basket of bread loaves to stop Titus's men from battering down the gate with a felled tree. Titus's men fight over the bread until they find out the loaves were baked around razor blades.
