House Jupiter is one of the schoolHouses of The Institute. Their Standard, Sigil, and Ring are of two crossed lightning bolts.
Castle Jupiter[]
The castle of House Jupiter at the Martian Institute is located in the mountains in the northwest corner of The Institute's grounds.
Nothing is known about the location of the House Jupiter castle for other Institutes in the solar system.
Proctor Jupiter[]
The Proctor of House Jupiter at the Martian Institute is described as being a monster and titan of a man. He's tall, lean, and violent. But also a simple man who just enjoys playing god at the Institute. Along with Proctors Apollo and Venus, Jupiter cheats and aids the Jackal.
During the assault on Olympus, Darrow sees Proctor Jupiter carrying a pulseShaft and razor, fully armored alongside Proctor Minerva as they decimate Darrow's forces through the hallways. The two Proctors knock down students left and right, causing Darrow's forces to scamper over each other to retreat. Jupiter laughs at the swords and spears the students carry but Darrow steps forward wearing the slain Proctor Apollo's recoilArmor and pulseFist. Darrow flies towards Jupiter and the two slam together, sending them away from Minerva. A thrilling duel as they hack and slash each other through Olympus and Darrow bodies Jupiter out a window and they fall into the snowbank 100 feet below. They roll down the mountain side and are obscured from each other in the clouds. The two insult each other, their voices sounding as if underwater. Finally the clouds split and day breaks, revealing the Proctor's location. Darrow then gives a cloaked Sevro the signal who slashes Jupiter's tendons, silencing him.
Nothing is known about the Proctors of House Jupiter at Institutes on other planets.

In the year during which Darrow attended the Institute, House Jupiter selected a massive young man as their first draft. They occupied the mountains to the northwest and seized the lands of House Juno. Jupiter sent the majority of their forces to besiege House Mars, leaving their home vulnerable to both House Pluto and Darrow. The Jackal and House Pluto infiltrated the castle and seized it for themselves, surrendering it to Darrow as part of an attempt to catch him off guard. The rest of House Jupiter was defeated when Darrow returned to Castle Mars.
