Hyperion

Hyperion is the capital city of Luna. It was the capital of The Society until November 743 PCE, and after The Fall it served as the capital of The Solar Republic until the Day of Red Doves in January 754 PCE.

History & Appearance[]

Hyperion is nicknamed ‘The Eternal City’ and ‘Jewel of Luna’, the city has gotten worse since Octavia fell^[1]. The Syndicate runs the Black Market on Luna, headquartered in Hyperion. The Duke of Hands is based in Hyperion. It is unknown if other Dukes operate in the city. Since The Fall and the emergence of the Solar Republic, Hyperion has belonged to the criminals and killers of Luna, despite Republic action^[1].

The Sordo District is an area in Hyperion filled with gaudy apartments. ^[2] Cyra purchases one of these apartments with the money earned from her jobs working with Ephraim. ^[2]

In Aristotle Park, there lies a sycamore tree that has seen at least five Sovereigns. ^[3]
