Joel Daniel Phillips is a cartographer and good friend of Pierce Brown's. He is the artist behind The Society's Sigils, Institute House Crests, and maps for the Red Rising Saga.
His piece titled "A Tidal Wave Two Miles High" inspired the destruction at Red Reach Base on Mercury in Dark Age.[1]
