Kangax au Telemanus was a Gold of the Martian house Telemanus and the father of Kavax au Telemanus.

According to some of the Reds that work for the Telemanus family, he was considered a good man.
Garla, one of the old Reds who worked all her life under House Telemanus, explains that her father served under House Telemanus when Kangax was alive and had received a bounty for killing a griffin that was terrorizing their lands. Garla's father paid off his contract with the bounty, but lost the rest of it on gambling. Kangax had hired him back with no hard feelings.[1]
