Psychotechs are a specialized type of Greens hackers. PsychoTechs execute psychological intrusion through the use of neurological implants. The implants were specifically referred to as PsychoSpikes in the case of the Pandamonium Chair. PsychoTechs are skilled extractors of information, interrogators and capable of changing the mappings of the victims brain. It is unclear if PsychoTech is considered a tier, however Mustang notes there are less than 1,000 PsychoTechs in the universe.
