Original Trilogy[]
Before The Rising, Publius served as a public defender for lowColors.[2]
Solar War[]
After The Fall, Publius was voted to represent Copper in the Senate. He chose to continue working from the same building in lower Hyperion where he worked before the Republic came to power, viewing his assigned offices in the Citadel as too grandiose for his tastes.[2]
From 747 PCE onward, Publius began blocking all legislative attempts at prison reform.[3]
Iron Gold[]
When Darrow speaks to the Senate to request additional troops for an assault on Venus to finally end the war, Publius voices his support. However, after Dancer O'Faran brings in Julia au Bellona and reveals that Darrow didn't inform the Senate of the Society Remnant's offer of a ceasefire, Publius proposes a temporary cessation of hostilities with the Society Remnant, as well as a vote to remove Darrow from command of the Republic military and place him on trial for treason.
Dark Age[]
During the Senate's vote on whether to send part of Luna's defense fleet to rescue the Free Legions from Mercury, Publius executes a coup against Virginia and many of her supporters within the Republic government.
