Ryanna of Cryssos is the sister of Bryn, sister-in-law to Fitchner au Barca, aunt to Sevro au Barca, and a founding member of the Sons of Ares.

Biography[]
Sons of Ares: Volume One[]
Ryanna and her sister worked for a terraforming company on Triton with the rest of their family. Ryanna insisted on staying with her sister and moved to Mars with Bryn and Fitchner after his contract on Triton was over.[2]
When Bryn and Sevro were captured by the Board of Quality Control, Ryanna and Fitchner formed a small team in an effort to infiltrate Whitehold to get her sister and nephew back.[3]
Sons of Ares: Volume Two[]
After Bryn's death, Ryanna moves out of Fitchner's house and finds her own lodgings in Agea.[4]
Ten months after Bryn was executed by the Board, Ryanna and Fitchner's team infiltrated the estate of Arturius au Vardan. When Ryanna discovered that Fitchner intended to murder Arturius' infant son as revenge for her sister's death, she fired her gun into the air and alerted Arturius' security to their presence in order to keep Fitchner from going through with it.
When Fitchner returns to Quicksilver's service after their escape from the Vardan estate, Ryanna takes Sevro and leaves to protect her nephew from becoming collateral damage in his father's crusade against Arturius. After receiving a warning from her former teammate Cylax that Fitchner is in danger, she follows her brother-in-law into the asteroid belt in order to help Fitchner against Arturius.
Sons of Ares: Volume Three[]
Ryanna recruits Roran and Corthus into the Sons of Ares in September 725 and spends the next two months overseeing the training of new recruits and construction of a secret tunnel in Nagasos mine to prepare for a raid on the Omicron Bastion.
After the uprising results in the death of Roran at Fitchner's hand, Ryanna grows disillusioned with Fitchner's manipulative tactics and returns to Triton, where Fitchner tasks her with establishing a new Sons cell on the Rim.[5]
