Timony cu Podginus is a Copper in the Society, working as MineMagistrate of Lykos.
Appearance[]
Podginus is an old, fat copper haired MineMagistrate. He has a repulsive aura to him. He has manicured fingers.
Personality[]
Podginus is a vile and selfish man. He is presumptuous and feels like he deserves his lot in life without ever working or striving for it. He is oblivious to how the conditions of the Reds he rules over are and doesn't feel for them at all.
Involvement[]
Red Rising[]
Podginus is the one to announce that Gamma has won the Laurel, despite the fact that Lambda was the one to earn it. He gives a brief and condescending speech prior to giving out the Laurel.
Golden Son[]
At the end of Golden Son, Darrow visits Lykos, and demands to speak with Podginus. When Podginus arrives, he becomes a bumbling idiot in front of Darrow, whose reputation precedes him. Darrow interrogates Podginus about the mines and the decrease in Helium-3 production. Podginus is left without words at Darrow and Ragnar's efforts of scaring him to death. When Darrow threatens him with the closure of his mine, Podginus starts crying and pathetically holds onto Darrow's legs, begging him not to get rid of Podginus' source of wealth. Podginus enthusiastically agrees when Darrow orders him to increase the living situation of the miners and throw a feast for them.
